Stewardship at DMCA

The students of Divine Mercy Catholic Academy practice stewardship throughout the year. With the help of students, school parents, and the parish community, we offer help to various charitable organizations.   Our students learn and experience that the offering of time, talent and treasure is a life-long commitment.

Recent local and global organizations that Divine Mercy students have contributed:

  • St.Vincent DePaul Society
  • Thanksgiving food drive
  • Christmas food drive
  • 100th Day of School 100 can collection challenge
  • Various other “We CAN do it” collections
  • Hurricane Relief projects
  • Monetary and tangible goods
  • Christmas stockings and gifts for deployed troops
  • Collection of items for local Humane Society

Local and national organizations have received financial aid from Divine Mercy Catholic Academy stewardship projects:

  • Jump Rope for Heart
  • Cancer Research
  • Specific school community families

Students participate through their offerings of time/talent/treasure during our weekly Mass.
